Coloring in the Lines

One of my favorite things about being a Mom is witnessing when something just seems to 'click' into place with one of my kiddos.  That being said, I had to share this picture.

For the past week or so Noah has been being much more diligent about coloring in the lines and coloring pictures instead of random scribbles.  For the past few months we've been having people and objects take shape in free drawing pictures but he wasn't quite getting it with coloring book pages.  Last week he did a pretty good job coloring in a picture of a robot (it's hanging on my fridge) but there were still some scribbles and mixed colors.

Tonight, he colored the following.  I am one stinkin' proud Mama right now!  He, in turn, was super proud of himself as well.  He presented it to Grant and I telling us it was for us and that we could hang it up.  You better believe this one is finding some prime real estate on my fridge.
