What a relaxing Memorial Day. The morning was filled with donuts (thanks Kristi!), Charlie - the wagon on a gorgeous walk downtown, and the parade! The kids were so well behaved and had such a good time. They saw I think every fire truck from a 20 mile radius, go-karts that Noah really liked, a pony that Mikayla wanted, and enough candy to keep us through Labor Day (literally).
The afternoon was filled with good food and good family. We got stuffed at lunch on corn, watermelon, and shish-kabobs courtesy of Grandma and Papa. Dessert was a patriotic "jello" cake that was mighty tasty made by my beautiful and talented wife. The kids got so much auntie and uncle time that, well, see for yourself...
